Save money by paying for eligible health care and dependent care with pre-tax dollars.

Flexible spending accounts (FSAs) let employees set aside pre-tax dollars to pay for eligible health care and dependent expenses. Employees can use Optum Financial Services debit cards and online account management tools to access their funds whenever they need them. FSAs can save employers money on payroll taxes, too.
