- Improved care. The program has successfully decreased the levels of depression for participating members, as measured through clinically validated tools such as the PHQ-9. Participants using behavioral health services were 1.5 times more likely to improve than those who do not use any behavioral health services.1
- Identification of “other” behavioral health isssues.1 Our interventions allowed us to identify and help participants experiencing undetected medication misuse, undetected risk of bipolar disorder and untreated chemical dependency problems.

- Medical cost savings. A recent study of our medical-behavioral approach showed an annual per-case savings of $1,164 in offset health care costs (medical, behavioral and pharmaceutical) among members who were referred to the program versus members who were not.3
