Therapy Network Management

Providing access to chiropractic and physical and occupational therapy, as well as complementary and alternative medicine networks, our Therapy Network Management program helps decrease the costs of musculoskeletal treatment while improving member outcomes.

We built our therapy networks based on more than 20 years of performance data from physical and occupational therapy practitioners. The Therapy Network Management program informs network practitioners and supports evidence-based medicine through data, analytics and education–promoting long-term improvements in provider performance. The key objective is to facilitate access to high-quality, affordable care that keeps members healthy while effectively managing public and payer resources. The program:

Strength Through Numbers

Our extensive therapy networks include more than 25,000 chiropractors, 43,000 physical and occupational therapists, and 6,200 complementary alternative medicine practitioners nationwide. Through our Therapy Network Management program, we actively support and monitor these practitioners with rigorous credentialing and regular performance reviews. In addition, we recognize and reward those who meet specific quality and affordability metrics. Moreover, the program leverages a proprietary database of standardized health records, outcomes, claims and satisfaction data covering more than 500,000 patients per year.
