NurseLine serves as a key navigational hub, providing integration of health benefit programs that include OptumHealth services, as well as contracted external programs. We can provide the same level of support to all employees, including those covered by other health insurance carriers.
Members can communicate with registered nurses via a dedicated toll-free telephone number or the Internet 24 hours a day, seven days a week. They can also access an automated health information audio library anytime. The audio library has more than 1,100 topics – with over 600 topics in Spanish. Other features include access to services for the hearing impaired, bilingual nurses for Spanish-speaking participants, and interpreters for more than 140 different languages.
