The Online Health Coach provides behavior modification programs based on a member’s self-reported health risks and needs. Modules include Nutrition, Exercise, Weight Loss, Smoking Cessation, Stress Management, Diabetes and Heart Health. Each five-week program engages the member with a weekly to-do list and supports positive action with tools, trackers and automated motivational messages.
