• Short Term Disability (STD):  Includes flexible options for benefit durations, weekly benefit amounts, and non-occupational or 24-hour coverage. 
• Long Term Disability (LTD):  Includes flexible options for benefit durations, monthly benefit amounts, and employee-buy-up plans.
• Voluntary Disability*:  Enables employees to purchase disability coverage on their own, through the convenience of payroll deduction. 

*Voluntary LTD available for groups with 10+ employees; Voluntary STD requires 100+ employees.

Disability insurance products are underwritten by Unimerica Insurance Company, United HealthCare Insurance Company, or Unimerica Life Insurance Company of New York.  Benefit options may vary by state or group size.
