Our CAM program can be offered as a covered benefit, in some states, or as a direct-to-consumer discount program. With the discount program, a consumer simply shows their current medical ID card, receives a 20 percent discount, and pays the remaining balance at the time of service — with no limits on the number of discounted visits.
