Company’s United Behavioral Health Centers Receive Full Reaccreditation in
Eight Regions and One New Health Utilization Management Accreditation
PORTLAND, Ore., June 10, 2008 – OptumHealth, the nation’s largest health and wellness company, announced today that it has been awarded Health Utilization Management Accreditation by URAC for its United Behavioral Health (UBH) Care Advocate Centers in Portland, Ore. URAC also renewed accreditation for eight additional UBH Care Advocate Centers located throughout the country.

URAC accreditation is demonstration of that commitment.”

URAC is an independent, nonprofit health care accrediting organization dedicated to promoting health care quality through accreditation, certification and commendation. The URAC Health Utilization Management Accreditation provides assurance to patients, providers, purchasers, regulators and employers that the practices of the organization performing these services are fair and equitable for all parties.
All of OptumHealth’s UBH Care Advocate Centers have URAC’s Health Utilization Management Accreditation. These centers are located in: Atlanta; Bloomington, Minn.; St. Louis; Schaumburg, Ill.; San Diego; San Francisco; Houston; Philadelphia; and Portland, Ore.
