To simplify and amplify our value to our customers and the markets we serve, Specialized Care Services is consolidating multiple brand and company names into one organization dedicated to optimizing health and well-being -- OptumHeath.
- Optum, ACN Group and United Resource Networks will become OptumHealth Care Solutions.
- United Behavioral Health will become OptumHealth Behavioral Solutions.*
- HealthAtoZ will become myOptumHealth.com.
- Spectera, Unimerica Workplace Benefits, UnitedHealthcare Dental/Dental Benefit Providers and National Benefit Resources will become OptumHealth Specialty Benefits.*
Based on extensive research to simplify and streamline how we do business, our new name reflects our purpose: To optimize health, well-being and financial security for individuals while lowering benefit costs for our clients. In addition, we help consumers make informed decisions about their health through standalone or integrated services. We strive to create personalized, caring and lifelong services so that consumers have the tools and resources that lead to improved overall health and well-being.
Renaming our company brands will occur in phases and conclude in 2008. We look forward to serving you through this exciting time. Please note that this name change will not cause any disruptions in our service or commitment to you and our members.
