Rob Webb is the chief executive officer for OptumHealth Care Solutions. OptumHealth Care Solutions provides consumer advocacy, wellness, health care decision support, disease management, case management, health information portals and specialized networks to more than 40 million Americans through its customer relationships with more than 4,000 employers, health plans, reinsurers and third-party administrators. 

Webb came to UnitedHealth Group in 2002 from One Equity Partners, where he was responsible for sourcing and managing private equity investments in the health care, consumer and financial industries.

He holds a mechanical engineering degree from the University of Minnesota and a Master of Business Administration degree from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management.
