As senior vice president of integrated health solutions for OptumHealth, Jack Stoddard leads a team focused on leveraging the assets and capabilities across OptumHealth’s distinct businesses to design and deliver scalable solutions to meet market needs. A top priority for him and his team is accelerating the pace of innovation and growth by collaborating with key functional and business leaders to ensure maximum value is delivered to customers.

Before stepping into this position, Stoddard was senior vice president of employer solutions responsible for acquiring, retaining and serving large employer customers. Under his direction, Stoddard’s team provided health and productivity solutions to employers and their employees through personally relevant health guidance, technology and services.

Stoddard has more than 15 years of sales and account management leadership experience. Prior to assuming his role with UnitedHealth Group, he worked for The Advisory Board Company, a Washington, D.C.-based health care consulting and research company. He also served as vice president of business development at Health Dialog, a Boston-based disease and care management company.

Stoddard earned his bachelor’s degree at Denison University with highest honors and his Master of Business Administration degree at Harvard Business School.
