Chad Wilkins is chief executive officer for OptumHealth Financial Services, a singularly-focused health care financial services provider offering solutions for individuals, employers and the health care industry that make health care easier and more affordable for everyone.  Those include health savings accounts (HSA), flexible spending accounts (FSA) and health reimbursement arrangements (HRA); electronic payables solutions; retiree health accounts; debit and medical cards; and benefits administration services. OptumHealth Financial Services includes OptumHealth Bank, member FDIC, is one of the largest HSA administrators in the country.

Wilkins has more than 25 years of financial experience. He spent 15 years at U.S. Bank Corporate Payment Systems (U.S. Bank) where he was instrumental in building one of most successful commercial payment groups in the industry. In his most recent role with U.S. Bank, he served as the senior vice president – commercial large market manager, leading a segment that grew to more than $13 billion in annual card volume in three years under his direction. At U.S. Bank, Wilkins also led teams to create strategic plans and innovative products that resulted in significant sales growth, high customer satisfaction and increased customer retention.

Previously, Wilkins was a regional sales manager with Citicorp Diners Club and a commercial loan officer with United Jersey Banks.

Wilkins earned his bachelor’s degree in government from Lehigh University.
